The last minis are done and on the way to their new home...

 I couldn't help singing "...he's a lumberjack and he's OK..." all the time I was painting the lumberjack guy.

More Last Night on Earth minis to paint!

Here's the whole group primed and ready to for colors. These are from the Timber Peak expansion.

First up, three of the zombies (one of each pose). The female in the middle has her Valentine's Day shirt on...

Final Update! The Last 5 Completed

The skater girl was the toughest one until I decided to just go for it and slap some colors on her. Now off to their rightful owner!

Update 8- Comicbook Edition

 Green Lantern-ish tshirt.

The guy on the left accidentally turned out to be sort of Joker-ish leading to the 2 tshirts. The guy on the right has a vaguely Flash-like tshirt.

Only 5 left!

Update 7- Almost There

 I REALLY don't like the barbed wire zombie (at least to paint him- I think he came out okay)...

The zombie was painted to look sorta like the Sheriff just for fun...

One more update and the project should be complete- 4 more zombies and 4 more heroes!

Update 6- 3 Chicks (1 Heroine and 2 Zombies)

I finally took Obi-Wan's advice- "trust your feelings" and quit overthinking these hero minis. That's what been holding these guys up. Hopefully I can continue with the last few heroes. I don't have that trouble with the zombies...

Update 3- Halfway There?

Instead of several smaller updates (like I originally planned) I've been waiting until a bunch of figs are done to put pics up. Hopefully that'll change for the next few updates but then we won't have as many of these types of group shots...

I think I'm a little over halfway done with all the figures. Only about 14 zombies left and 10 or so heroes. I'm planning on having more frequent updates for this next phase of the project but we'll see if that actually happens.

Update 2.7 -WIP Zombies

Pre-bloodied but based and almost done. This is the test batch for a lighter skin tone.

Second Update- The first Totally Finished minis!!

Several zombies and two heroes completed. Bases done and matte sealer on them all. The first wave is complete!

These zombies all have the grey-green skin tone- the next batch I'm going to try out a lighter greyish brown skin tone to see how that looks.

The Nurse and the Fugitive are complete. I hope they look as good as I think they do. The bases for zombies and heroes are all 'asphalt' flock but the heroes have a few patches of grass on their bases. I thought this would help set the hero figs apart from the shambling undead horde...

Lots more to paint up but a good start, I think
